Evaluation checklist

What enterprise teams need from a dialer

Enterprise evaluations look past features to how the platform fits the organization. Use these criteria to structure your review.

Scale

Capacity scoped to your calling volumes.

Security review

Documents your security team can assess.

Integration

APIs, webhooks and data destinations.

Governance

Roles, permissions and records.

Support

Clear ownership during and after rollout.

Architecture

Scale and reliability

Capacity is scoped to your operating requirement during evaluation. Capacity and uptime figures are shared only where they are approved and verifiable, so ask for them as part of your evaluation rather than relying on general claims.

  • Capacity scoped in writing
  • A cloud platform with no dialer stack to host
  • Figures shared only when verifiable

Access control and governance

Governance features are confirmed during evaluation. The table shows what to review.

Area What to review Status
Roles and permissions Who can see and change what. Granular permissions in the dashboard.
Audit trails Records of changes and activity. Confirmed in a demo.
Single sign-on (SSO) Sign-in through your identity provider. Subject to confirmation.

We mark features as available only once they are confirmed for your account.

Enterprise Communications: frequently asked questions

What makes a dialer enterprise-grade?

An enterprise-grade dialer fits how a large organization works: capacity for your volumes, governance through roles and records, integration with existing systems, documents a security team can review and clear support during rollout. Features matter, but so does evidence. Ask for the documents and demonstrations your evaluation needs rather than relying on labels.

Does it support SSO and role-based access?

Granular, role-based permissions are part of the dashboard, so you can decide who can see and change what. Single sign-on through your identity provider is subject to confirmation for your account, so raise it early in the evaluation. We mark it as available only once it is confirmed in writing for your setup.

Can it integrate with our CRM and telephony stack?

Yes, through the API, webhooks and data streaming. Call events and outcomes can update your CRM, and call data can be streamed to BigQuery or cloud storage. Integrations are scoped with your teams rather than assumed, and tested with real examples before production.

How is data security handled?

Our approach is described in the Trust Center and the security overview, and current documents are shared during your evaluation, including data processing terms where they apply. We do not claim certifications on this page. Your security team should review the materials against its own requirements before any production data is used.

Can multiple business units share one platform?

Several teams can run their own campaigns on one platform, with permissions controlling who sees and changes what. How business units are separated, reported and administered is agreed during scoping and confirmed in a demonstration, using an example of your own structure.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding usually starts with a pilot team and one campaign, then adds teams and regions in stages. It covers voice route setup, integrations, roles, admin training and agreed reporting definitions. Because agents work in the browser, there is no dialer software to install, and we agree the steps, owners and acceptance criteria with you.
