The problems sales leaders see in a rep's day, and what changes. Rep workflows are on the sales dialer page.
| Problem | What it costs | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Idle time | Reps wait between calls. | The next call is queued. |
| Manual logging | Notes are late or missing. | Outcomes recorded with the call. |
| Inconsistent follow-up | Leads go cold. | Callbacks scheduled and tracked. |

Product demonstration
A demonstration shows rep metrics, coaching options and CRM alignment. Teams selling property can also review the real estate dialer page; see how it works for the overall flow.
A dialer removes manual dialing, much of the waiting and most after-call logging, so reps spend more of the day in conversations. Callbacks and dispositions keep follow-up consistent. The size of the change depends on your lists and process, so measure it with your own activity data rather than relying on general claims.
Start with dials, connects, talk time and dispositions per rep, then connect them to meetings and pipeline in your CRM. Use the same definitions for everyone and look at trends rather than single days. A small set of measures that lead to coaching conversations is more useful than a long dashboard.
Managers can see active calls, rep status and outcomes in the dashboard. Listen, whisper and barge tools are described only where they are available to your account, so ask to see them in a demonstration. Check the recording and monitoring rules where you and your prospects are located. Agree the coaching rules with your team before you start.
Through the API and webhooks: call events and outcomes can update contacts and opportunities in your CRM, and lists can come from it. These connections are built rather than supplied as packaged connectors, so scope them with your team and test them with real records before rolling them out to every rep.
Follow-up can be organized through campaigns, callbacks and retry rules, so every lead gets a planned sequence of attempts, where supported. Define the cadence with your team, apply it consistently and review how many attempts lead to conversations, then adjust the rules instead of relying on memory. Share the cadence with every rep so follow-up stays consistent.
New reps work in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Give them access with the right permissions, assign them to a campaign with approved scripts and dispositions, and review their first calls together. Unlimited users means adding a new rep does not add a license line to your bill.
Discuss your use case, existing systems, calling volumes and integration requirements with the Dialog team.
