Contact, qualify and hand off leads with controls that protect consent and quality. See the workflow end to end.
Lead generation businesses usually run one of three models, often side by side.
| Model | What happens | What matters |
|---|---|---|
| Qualification | Agents confirm interest and details. | Consistent questions. |
| Appointment setting | A meeting is booked for the buyer. | Clean handoff of details. |
| Live transfer | The call passes to the buyer while live. | Speed and context. |
Choose the model per campaign.

Product demonstration
A demonstration takes a lead from first call to handoff. Insurance lead buyers can also review the insurance dialer page, and outbound programs the telemarketing dialer page.
A dialer helps lead generation teams contact leads quickly, ask the same qualifying questions every time and hand qualified leads to buyers with context. It also records outcomes and sources, so you can see which vendors and campaigns produce results. Dialog runs these workflows in the browser, with API integrations.
Leads can be qualified with scripts and dispositions, and qualified callers can be transferred to a buyer where transfer is supported for your account. Whether live transfer fits your setup is confirmed in a demonstration. Agree with buyers what context travels with each transfer and how failed transfers are handled.
Consent proof usually comes from the source and is stored with the lead in your systems, while Dialog works with the lists you prepare and supports suppression. Confirm what is stored, where and for how long. Your organization remains responsible for consent, so review each vendor and keep records you can produce on request.
Yes. When each source runs as its own campaign or carries a source field, outcomes can be compared by source and campaign. Call detail records can also be streamed to your own analytics tools. Use the same definitions for every vendor, so contact and qualification rates are compared fairly. Review them monthly.
Watch the health of your outbound numbers, keep pacing sensible, limit retries and present accurate caller identity. If a number is labeled, providers decide whether to change it and we cannot guarantee the outcome, so prevention matters most, and your team should agree who watches number health each week. The caller ID reputation page explains what affects labels.
Call detail records and outcomes can be exported or streamed to your own systems, from where you can share the agreed data with clients or buyers. Decide which fields each client receives and how personal data is handled under your agreements. The delivery method is scoped with the team during setup.
Discuss your use case, existing systems, calling volumes and integration requirements with the Dialog team.
