Outcome summary
A dialer gives your team more conversations per hour worked by removing manual dialing and waiting. We do not promise a return; measure it with your own numbers. The rep-level view is on the sales dialer page.

A short demonstration covers launch steps and the reports you would watch. Book a demo to see it with your own numbers in mind.
It can be, when your team spends a large share of its day dialing, waiting and logging calls. A dialer turns more of that time into conversations. Whether it pays depends on your volumes, margins and conversion rates, so estimate it with your own numbers and start with a small team before committing more.
Pricing is tailored to your operation, so we do not publish price lists. Request pricing with your volumes and destinations, and the team will prepare a proposal.
It depends on your lists and any integrations rather than on installing software, because your team works in the browser. A typical start covers discovery, setup of routes and a first campaign, test calls and a launch with a small group. We agree the steps and owners with you at the start.
Compare conversations, appointments and revenue per campaign before and after you start, using your CRM and finance data alongside call reports. Keep the measurement period long enough to smooth out busy and quiet weeks. Agree the definitions with your team first, so the comparison is fair and repeatable. Review it with your finance team each quarter.
Not for everyday use: campaigns, users and reports are managed in the browser by supervisors and admins. Integrations with your CRM or other systems use the API and webhooks, which usually need a developer or a partner. The team can explain which parts of your plan need technical help. Many owners start without any integration at all.
Know the calling rules that apply where you operate, keep consent records, suppress do-not-call lists and call only within permitted hours. Dialog provides controls that support these policies, but your business remains responsible for compliance. Take advice from a legal professional, especially before automated or high-volume calling. Review your process whenever rules or campaigns change.
Discuss your use case, existing systems, calling volumes and integration requirements with the Dialog team.
