1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DialogConnect's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on DialogConnect's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DialogConnect's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

DialogConnect strives to provide 99.99% uptime for our core dialer services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule).
  • Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services.

5. Billing and Payments

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Usage-based fees (such as voice minutes, DIDs, and webhooks) are billed in arrears based on your actual usage during the previous billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DialogConnect or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DialogConnect's website, even if DialogConnect or a DialogConnect authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
